Good evening to everyone,
I would like to share with you the latest digitization work of 2 Liliput E3 / 3 locomotives.
After having dismantled and provided for a revision of all the linkage and the engine, to make the gear smooth in analog, the first thing I did was to equip the front lamp of the function wire (yellow) from the decoder, for the positive I used the mass of the frame.

Now the frame had to be milled to make room for the decoder, a Loksound micro 4.0 of ESU ...

the contacts of the motor are made through contact plates, but the contact blade of the decoder side must be cut away, to make room for the decoder and the orange wire must be welded directly to the motor brush
also the lamp holder plate must be shaped, and capacitor and inductances must be eliminated
[Blockierte Grafik: https://s14.postimg.org/appkt99n5/IMG-0511.jpg]
then I drilled 2 holes in the back of the cab chassis, for the passage of the decoder cables
[Blockierte Grafik: https://s14.postimg.org/7k4z326gh/IMG-0510.jpg]
a third hole in the center of the cabin, for the installation of the loudspeaker and buffer battery cables

here is the decoder placed in its space:

black wire (track) welded to the frame
[Blockierte Grafik: https://s14.postimg.org/bt9p5hp81/20180123_180614.jpg]
now the other wires must be welded: white to the rear lamp, red (track) and gray to the rivet of the motor contact lamella
[Blockierte Grafik: https://s14.postimg.org/6j4qe4kdt/20180123_172916.jpg]
the contact that carries voltage from the track, where the red wire must be welded, must be separated, by means of a cut (dremel), from the lamp-holder to isolate the lamp from the track
the base of the lamp is resting on the frame, from where it will take a pole and the other pole will be the white wire
engine cover test, made with cardboard and hole for through wires

body refurbished in its place ... there was everything!

engine closure in cardboard in its place

buffer battery wired with positive and negative from the decoder in its place (2 capacitors 25v 220uF / 1 resistance of 100Ohm / diode 1n4007)
even the car crew approves the battery.... so we do not stop anymore!

I hope I have not bored you, but that this argument can be useful to someone who wants to try their hand at sounding their beloved Tigerli ...
greetings to all
p.s.:do you know how it is possible to equip a coupler other than the fixed one, that mounts this machine? thanks for any answers
